Default Account View Settings / Email deletion

High, guys.

I can no longer see the page which describes Membership levels or the options pursuant to paid membership. I wanted to see what the email limit was for Silver Lifetimers as I thought it was unlimited? I am probably wrong. I hit 2000 and it locked up my DM box.

So I went to delete a ton of unneeded Sent items but I believe since the site went to an update adding the Badges, or perhaps earlier than that, the option in the User CP to change view types is now gone. No matter which browser I use, on my PC or my phone, Edge, Chrome, Brave, Opera - - none of them allow me to click multiple DMs to delete. With 2000 or so of them this is what is needed instead of endlessly deleting each one individually.

The only link which shows old school forum view is on Edge which I kept to check Post Count on my Oklahoma Z thread on occasion. And that is only when logged Out. If I log in on that one it entirely changes the view which appears Mobile style. No adverts. No View counter. Larger font. etc. But when I log out it reverts to original Desktop style view to tease me.

Did the view setting option change locations? Much like the Signature option now appears to be gone. I cannot edit my existing one for example. I'm not even sure if this site shows signatures anymore. I recall that being an option to view or not view as well and I had set it to only show someone's signature once in a given thread. THAT view option is likewise gone from current selection.

Are we all kind of burned by the latest website update? Who needs Badges, right?

Try it again. You had mobile view set as default in your options.

This and the issue you had was nothing to do with badges.

Whoah. Cool. It is back to Desktop appearance now.

No, I didn't think it was directly caused by Badges but perhaps and update.

I am wondering where the option is when one is in Mobile mode to de-activate that preference? And where it exists on Desktop mode?

But first, I am going to go clear my mailbox! Thanks!

In UserCP, Edit Options, last on the list:

Going to Edit Options in the left hand panel on Desktop mode. I scroll the entire list including the bottom.

I see nothing which mentions Mobile vs Desktop view anywhere in the full scroll.

Forum Display Options

That's all which is displayed to me. No option currently shown for Default Mobile / Desktop.

I appreciate your assistance, JT. I'll be glad to have this figured out.

Email has been cleansed via pc.

But now I cannot even see the letters on my phone the font has to be .005, so I definitely need to be able to switch between default modes but cannot find the setting in the Forum options.

If you're using a mobile device, there will be a large green View Mobile site button at the bottom of the page

Ok. I think I'm good. Thanks!

Green button at the bottom makes it Mobile.

And View Full Site in the drop down makes it desktop.

I think I'm set. Much appreciated.
