Tranny Flush

Have a ‘05 Vette with a manual tranny. Is it best to do a tranny flush and change; or just a drain and fill? Have no idea if the previous owner serviced the tranny. Car has 20k miles. Purchased three years ago with 13,400 miles.
Pls advise.
