Hello,
It has been a long time since I have posted any pictures.
I need a photo 101 again to recall how to do it.
I tried to place a photo in a private message and it said top use the tool bar above, but there's no toolbar above?
And is it the same instructions for a thread?

If you don't have the toolbar, you're likely using a VPN and need to disable it.
