can someone help me please?
The email was sent and not bounced back. It can only mean that it's in your spam/junk/bulk folder (perhaps on your provider's side and not yours) or your provider failed to deliver it.
Thanks for checking, but I am my provider I own the domain and host it.
What email address would the reset come from please? I'll check to see if it's blacklisted or being blocked.
Thanks
I looked at the wrong mxrecord. Technically we lease/rent but
You changed your email address. So if you try the password reset you must supply the current email address. You can't supply an email address that is currently not the email address on the account.

yes, once i cleared the cookies issue, the site accepted my existing password, so I was able to change my email address (different domain, as you can see) so that i can try the forgot password link later today after work.
