HI Glenn...
Well I never knew Linda but I have known you for several years now.... I have always valued our friendship....... and if Linda was anything like you... then I know she was a GREAT person with a GREAT heart....like her Daddy..... When I see her picture I see so much of you so I know you were super proud of her.... I know there are no words that can take away the pain you experience.... None of us can know that but you..... but Im sure all the great times you had can filter through your mind when you in those moments where you miss her the most.... God be with you my friend..... Tracey

Sorry, She was too young. Just a little older than me. I couldn't imagine all the things that she has yet to do. I just lost a friend two saturdays ago from cancer. Sad to die so young.. My prayers are with you and your family.

I understand your loss as I lost my, son age 36 to cancer in April 2005.
We carry it in our consciousness every day. Remembering all the good stuff helps a lot.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Like other posters, even my usually hard heart generated a tear or two while reading your story and seeing those wonderful pictures. Thank you for sharing, I know you must miss her terribly.

Let your heart feel a little comfort in knowing the only hands safer than your own are the hands she is in now. Anytime you're feeling your heart is to heavy to carry lets us know and we will all send you messages of comfort to help lighten the weight you're feeling. Lots of hears here for you.

Sorry for your loss. Hopefully the time is making it easier to deal with. I have a 3 year old and 2 month old girls and I can't fathom life without them. It just doesn't make sense sometimes. Parents are supposed to go before the kids.

My condolences and best wishes to you and your family,Glenn.
Dealing with death every day here at work with my cancer patients doesn't make it any easier to hear your story....the brick at the NCM is beautiful, and I will make it a point to see it next time I'm there.

This is in Loving Memory of my daughter Linda.
Linda became a Corvette enthusiast at the young age of 19 when I bought my C5. In 2004 when she was 21 she started to learn to drive my 6 speed C5. We had planned on her taking the Corvette down the drag strip at Raceway Park, Englishtown, NJ in the Summer of 2005.
She was still too young to own a Corvette but when she bought her first car, a 2004 Dodge Neon, she chose a color to match my C5.
Well, we lost Linda in April 2005 in a motorcycle accident while she was on the back of a friends bike
She was a nurse at St Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia Pa, had a huge heart and an entire life ahead of her.
I miss her dearly. Many many many Corvetteforum members have helped me cope with this tragic loss since April 2005 and many many members STILL to the day send me PM's with heartfelt messages and I read and appreciate EVERY SINGLE ONE.
Below are a couple posts from a few years back pertaining to Linda and the people here at Corvetteforum. Thanks all for your support.
