We have had a purdy nice warm winter so far..... a rare one yes but I am below snow belt so not wacked like Cleveland and Buffalo. I don't mind it here..... I have been out west muchly amd they can have the traffic, immigrants, and the liberals .... I like getting somewhere in ten minutes not two hours..
My niece lives in San Diego and bemoans in emails and phone calls on all the traffic hassles just getting anywhere. When I ask her why she doesn't move......she replies... "What and miss this weather?"...lol....I replied..."You spend much of it in your car!".....I swear...girls....

Your vette looks awesome.....must be beaten up all the motorheads in your village! I am still "tryin" to like the rearend on the new ones.... so until then....have the 01 C5...
Welcome from someone who vacationed in Ohio this past Spring! Had great time at Cedar Point, Rock & Roll Hall, Jacob's Field, etc. Too bad I found out that Corsa & Mallet Bros. are both in Berea after we got home!!
Enjoy the Corvette and the Forum. This place is addictive and will cause you to spend all your money on mods.
Ohio is really pretty..we have a group of bikers in neighborhood and go on 300 mile day trips around Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc....visit little towns and parks.... nice little country roads to wander and feel the breeze. Amish places for the cheese, little diners for the food, and small bars for the thirst....
Got the vette for the same purpose but for longer trips....can't wait...
And yes...already spending on the car and it's in storage!..lol
Glad you enjoyed yourself....
Happy New Years..

Welcome to the forum from another former Buckeye - -moved to Scottsdale from Hudson, Ohio after growing up in Chagrin Falls and living in Columbus after Denison University.
Lots of Buckeye's heading this way for the big game next week and it'll be fun to see so many old friends. I was in Columbus and Cleveland earlier this month on business - - just in time for a blizzard - - gotta confess, I don't miss that one bit.
Living on a golf course and driving the Vette year `round . . .yup, with all due respect- I like this version better!
Let's see....cookie cutter homes and condos on what you call a golf course but is only small swatches of grass in a desert with nary a view but browns and cacti... a summer sun that no one dares venture in and windshield sun blockers on da cars... only light colors on da cars please... scorpians in da house... here a Mexican, everywhere a Mexican that would love to cut your throat.... and nothing but straight desert roads for your vette....old, old people everywhere and few old friends that can just come over.....
with all due respect...I like this version better!....

Second.. if ya didn't want a debate, then just say hi and hold the smug pompous remarks. Let's just say our winters suck and your summers suck...no place is paradise... you live on a golf course and I live on a lakefront....who cares?... home is where your heart is...
Third...thank you for the welcome and go Buckeyes!......

Regardless, welcome to the forum and enjoy your car.
