New girl on the block
Hello everyone,
My name is Ann and I'm from the Bay Area in California. I'm an insurance agent and I would be happy to answer any related questions.
I have a beautiful 93 LT1, Black Rose Metalic with 80,000 miles that I got about 6 years ago. This car makes me happy and I will never sell it, I don't care how expensive gas is here. It's worth it. The attention I get while I'm driving it is unreal. I love it! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.

the regulars there tend to flock to the new girl
asking for pics and what not.....OT is kinda rough for newbies.....ask Lady Vette....everything is in good fun....just don't want you to get run off before you see what a good place this is...

Hello from Calif. summer girl, so nice to have another female here. pewter99 gives good advice about the OT off topic area. They gave me a rough time for a few days, just take them with a grain of salt, and don't be afraid to show your claws if needed.
I have two Corvettes, 06 & 72, so I know what you mean by never selling yours.
Hope you have a great time here in CF, I've made some really nice friends here, so enjoy your stay.

Great looking Vette! OT is interesting, taken with a grain of salt. As a newbee myself, I have really enjoyed learning so much from other owners. Lurked for months before I ordered my car this summer and believe I made a smarter buy because of the advice of forum members, and the help I got from Ken Ficthner. Still find it helpful on matters such as XM, floor jacks, fobs, DICs, on and on. I check the forum daily (probably a little too often ). Welcome aboard.
