Default Finally!

Hi All,
I finally purchased my dream, a 1970! This is my first vette but have been a vette freak for 30 years and have been reading the vette magazines for almost as long.
I've owned a 66 Skylark Conv, a 68 Skylark conv and a 69 Impala conv.
I'm mechanically savy but have many questions about the vette.
About the vette: I'm the 4th owner, 108k miles, Donnybrook green, black standard interior, originally 350-350 L46, (not original motor now, more on that later) 4 speed, t-top. It was the 2,o11 built according to the vin. Still need to check the trans & rear diff #'s
O/A the car is in good condition, repainted once and was garaged most of it's life, but has the usual stress cracks here and there. Frame is solid, mostly everything seems original. The motor was rebuilt, new breaks rotors etc..., new composite rear spring, tires, clutch, ball joints, shocks, hurst shifter probably put in a long time ago. The headlights and wiper cover work well.
Now, my questions:
1. The engine has a 75 block, 69 intake and a 71 Q-Jet. The power is not that impressive. (my 04' Passat with 4 cylinder turbo is quicker! which just dosen't seem right!) The heads have roller tip rockers but I didn't get the head #'s. I'll get them soon. The car came with a extra aluminum intake for 1980-88-Intake-14057053 GM CFM 44 and a
Holly Carb-6210-1. Betterto stay as is or will swap give more power?
