Been lurking for a few days so I thought I'd drop in and say hello. Name is Kevin and I'm a nurse over in Pensacola. Don't have a vette right now because we have three kids under the age of 9...LOL!! Maybe someday soon though!!!!! Well, I'm really here for two things. I want to learn as much about the Vette as I can ...for my future purchase, but also to help out my father-in-law with his. He has a 96 in excellent condition and he shows it a lot. I do a little powder coating so I'm hoping to find some spare parts around here to dress up his underhood somewhat and to be honest, sell a few pieces on ebay to counter the costs that will be fine as well. So take it easy on me...LOL...
BTW...........There are a few vettes that I DO want....soon as some of the kids go off to school...........well you know.....................(1)1963 Split window (2)1968 Mako (3)1978 Pace Car.................well, that's my dream list so far...LOL
Welcome Kevin and I congratulate you on putting kids first, wants second... I waited 50 years to get a vette and I can appreciate it more now than I could have at an earler age. Hang in there...
77/350- I was stationed in Pensacola back in 1970 when the beaches were still sparse. Admiral Federman was a freind of mine and he was CEO of the Naval Air Museum down there after retirement. He passed a few years ago. Anyway..Welcome from York, PA

Welcome to the forum. This is the most informative place for vette lovers. I have learned more on here than I could have ever learned, without taking a course. You will find that many here are more than willing to help you learn as much as possible about your personal favorites. I also live in north florida, but a bit to the east of you by destin. Good luck in getting your corvette.
