Default Greetings from New Member

Howdy - I'm was really excited to find this forum. Though I've had sports cars forever I recently purchased my first American sports car - a 2007 Z51 Corvette. Wow, what an experience driving it off the lot. I'm just blown away with the build quality. I've peeked in Corvettes in the past and find this new Vette very appealing - and fun to drive.

Having received so much help and support over the years with my English cars I cannot understate the value of forums - the best the internet has to offer in my opinion. Since I'm so new to Corvettes (just ordered my factory manuals) and since I intend to do my own work I shall be on this forum a lot - but alas will not be able to contribute much - so THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I do have one question (the first!) - has anyone started using the Direct Electronics GPS security system. I'm planning on installing mine this weekend with a microwave sensor to help trip alerts.
