Default introduction ....

Hello to everyone. Glad to be a member and looking forward to the wealth of information I'm sure you all have to provide.
My name is Gregg and I live in So Cal. I have been in the auto wrecking business since I was 13. Part-time, of course, at first; then working for someone else, then owning my own yard for the last 10 years. I owned a 75 Corvete was I was 18 and I resurrected a salvaged 91 Corvette in 2003. I've owned over 75 muscle-cars, race cars and Tri-5's, and tell people my job feeds my hobby.
I sold my wrecking yard to a large company in October of 2006 and bought myself a little present: a 2007 C6 Z51 Coupe (black, just like the previous two Vettes). Just sold my 96 Impala SS (complete with 383-stroker LT4) to make room for the 70 Chevelle project car for my wife which will be home in a few short weeks. Still looking for a toy for myself (probably another Tri-5 or another Chevelle). Still run the wrecking yard, but now as an employee for "Big Brother", and refuse to crush ANY older repairable car without giving it a shot at resurrection first to one of our loyal patrons. If I can help anyone, feel free to contact me at any time ..... always have time to help another car-buff.
Look forward to chatting with all of you real soon ..... Gregg

Damn, you sound good. Hell, you, me, and about 13,000 of us could talk cars all week.
