Hello Fellow Corvette’ers;
I am a retired guy who has just purchased a 2007 Monterey Red convertible for the enjoyment of my wife & I.
We have owned a number of “sports” cars over the years ranging from a Triumph Spitfire when first married back in ’68 then to a “65 Vette then to a “72 Fiat 124 Spider as every day driver cars.
Later as a hobby, we owned and ran a ’59 Triumph TR3A for 10 years and then a ’65 Porsche 356 Cabriolet for 6 years. We are selling the Porsche 356 to make room for our new C6.
We plan on using the Vette to among other things, travel to Road America, Mid Ohio, etc. to attend SCCA & Vintage race week ends.
Also, we will be driving our Vette to Bonita Springs FL each October to stay there with us during the cold mid western winters.
Any way, I enjoy keeping in touch with what is happening in the world of our cars and I believe that the Corvette Forum will help sustain me in the world of Corvette information.
