My new (to me) '02 Z06 - Dallas, TX area
I figured I'd introduce myself and my new baby. I hail from the Dallas, TX area, and I picked up an '02 Z06 several weeks ago. It's the first vette I've ever owned and I'm loving it so far. The exterior is virtually flawless, and there are just a few minor blemishes inside. 21k miles on the odometer.
This is my daily driver, however I'm looking forward to as much autocross as I can fit in to my schedule, and some occasional track days. I've owned 1 RWD vehicle before ('82 Nissan 280zx), but I'm most familiar with FWD vehicles. Learning the limits of this car should be fun...

sweet ride. I like the ZO6 also, I just really like to take off the top. The only runs or get togethers that I have found are some guys in Arlington who meet at the super wal-mart on Cooper just south of I20. If you wanna meet me there some time that would be cool. We would both be new. I tried to hit it a couple of weeks ago but I was too late. I wonder if any of those guys cruise afterwords.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Seems like some really good folks around here.
Well, if you're gonna head out there sometime soon shoot me a line and I'll see if I can make it. That would be really cool to cruise with a bunch of other vette owners. I bet that really turns some heads!
