Default Corvettes -- Live Forever!!!!!

Hi All,

Thought is was a bit rude of me to post away without introducing myself....

I've a C4 owner and lover.... I'm on my second C4 but first that’s been on the road, see the powers that be never decided to build a corvette with the steering wheel on the other side, so Australians like me have to chop up a perfectly built car just to legally get it on the road, and I just couldn't afford to finish the first one...

So about me we'll I’m the Marketing Manager of another forum (much like this one), that caters for web development professionals, it also publishes web development books for the aspiring and experienced web professional. Don't know if I'm allowed to mention other businesses so I won't other to say that’s its big in the web design world.

The important parts the car - well its an 86 C4 with 96K miles on the clock. After the song its red and sits on 20 inch rims, running gear is stock other than an bigger throttle body and inside is... we'll... custom in the sense its converted to RHD but other than recaro's and a new wheel in pretty standard condition...

Anyway it’s good to be a part of the forum...

Cheers

Shayne

Yikes!!!! A RHD conversion??? I can't even begin to guess what that would require.

yeah a bit of chopping up.... : ( - think GM are tossing up doing a RHD model of the corevette and camaro .. don't think I've stopped drooling since I heard.... your looking at about 250K to get a new C6 on the road at the moment....that would half at least..

I'll get some pictures up, I think there is a few of us on the forum... Its not too bad, once you get the firewall and steerting done, the rest is all wiring and dash.... Mines not perfect but some of the conversions I've seen, you would think its a factory option... you pay about 15-20 grand for it though - not including the car!!!!
