Tire question
Hi everyone,
As a new owner of a '99 vette in need of new tires, I have two questions:
1. Do you recommend staying with the run flat concept? (I assume yes)
2. My car has 45s on the front and 40s on the back. The tire company recommended I go with 40s all the way around. Is this a good and/or safe idea?

I believe the tires are sizes different for a reason. While I am not certain about this, I have been told it has to do with the active handling system and how it senses wheels slipping. I personally would NOT go with 40s all around. Hope this helps.
