Newbie with a question

Hello, I just joined because I have some questions about corvettes so I figured this was the right place to get answers!

I have been a corvette lover my whole life and have always wanted a 70's one. I justed graduated college and got my first job and am ready to buy!

Heres my question: Is it possible to get a daily driving 70's corvette for about 12k???

If its not please let me down easy.......

Hey Magic...
I think it's possible to get a good daily driver for 12K... I did a quick Ebay search for Corvettes 1970-1979..it listed 176!!!!!!
Several I scanned through were less than 12K.. SO Start searching for the Vette of Your dreams!!!

But as a second thought.. put the 12K down an a used C-5 and do like the rest of us MAKE PAYMENTS!!!!!!
And your daily driver can be a low mileage C-5!!!

No, I am going to get a loan for the 12k!! I only have about 1500 for the down payment. I wish I had 12k for a down payment!!

I have always loved the body of the 70's thats why I want one of them.

Yes it's possible.

I bought my '80 for $8,000 twelve years ago and drove it daily for the first three years I owned it. Now I just drive it on nice days and weekends. Welcome on board.
