I just joined your forum after browsing the threads for a while now in preparation of purchasing my VERY FIRST CORVETTE! The wealth of information and helpful posters is almost overwhelming and definitely a comfort as I begin what I can only imagine will be a life altering experience as a Corvette owner.
After over a year of looking I am going next Tuesday to inspect what I hope will be my new baby. I have enlisted the help of my friend (a ZR1 owner) as am I much too excited to be impartial and objective at this point. The vette in question is a black on black 99 coupe and if all goes as planned I'm sure I will be writing and reading many more posts.
