New from Belgium
For years I've been dreaming of a Corvette. I always loved the C3 models. Recently I acquired myself a beautifull Stingray of 1972, my most favorite model year. I'm very happy and proud, this is truly the American heartbeat

Anyway, I've been reading this forum for quite some time now and thought it was time for a proper intro. Below you'll find also some nice pictures of the car. I bought this one in the Netherlands (country next to Belgium). The car has been on European soil since 2001. I don't know where it came from exactly.
I've checked the VIN and motor block numbers. The original color was Elkhart Green. The motor is from a 1968 Corvette, a 327. No matching numbers for me, but the car runs great.
Also (and this might sound weird), they have installed an LPG system (don't know if this is known in the US). The car runs on gasoline, but also on GAS (like propane). It's a perk, since gas is cheap ( and environmentally friendly

Anyway, just wanted to share some pics with you of my own USA beauty
Cheers,
Maarten
