How's everyone doing! My name is Vaghn. Thats right no "u".
I've been reading and researching these forums for a couple of years and never bothered to register cause i don't own a vette ( i'm shy i guess). But now hopefully things will change . This is why i've finally decided to introduce myself .
I've been on a quest for a c-2 vert for 4yrs with no success, so i've changed gears and started shopping for a c-5 vert.Tommorrow i'm going to check out a 99 artic white, black top& interior, vert that's highly optioned,( everything except 12 cd changer and ride select ) it has 32k, all original and the owner is asking 22500.usd
First; what do you think of price?
Second; how much will it depreciate in the near future?
I would appreciate any and all advice(good or bad)
hi again, i was hoping for a little more feedback
ps i did check kelly blue book. price is right on the money.
while there i decided to check the value of my 88 iroc z vert. Which is mint with 45000 miles. according to kelley its only worth @ 2700

Welcome to the forum and good luck with the purchase!
I was in Canada recently for the Mosport LeMans, and I want to say that the forum guys up there treated me like I was their long lost friend. Didn't know any of them before the race, but I think I made a few long lasting friendships. I also found that Molson and Steelhead beers are GOOD stuff!
Thanks to the Canadians for the hospitality!
It's nice to see another Canuck who is new on here! (although I live in Orlando Florida now, I was a Vancouver resident for some time, I'll always be a Canuck at heart).
Not sure what it is with us Canadians and our white Corvettes. Must be all the snow up there "eh"? Makes us feel like home... Maybe it's a subconscious thing, we want to be camouflaged from the polar bears haha..
(and for those who don't know, we actually don't have polar bears wondering the streets of Vancouver, and it doesn't snow at sea level, just in the mountains.. but we think it's funny many people down here in southern states imagine we all live in knee deep snow fighting off the bears, lol).
