Introduction
just recently joined forum have been reading them for past 9 months since buying one
91 corvette 64k miles
previous owner appears to have put zr1 emblems on it
cause its definatley not a zr1
since buying it there have been a few problems with it like
ac going out , lazy eye (headlamp) and oil leak, and antenna crapped out
plus new tires about 3k later she is running fine
i chalk the problems i have had to the age of the car
it is my first vette always wanted one just always assumed they cost alot more
anyway im enjoying the ride and havnt driven my truck since buying this car
oh yea the mechanic who replaced my entire ac gave it back to me not working it blew hot air but luckily i had read on the forums about resetting the climate control by pulling fuse 1 and 17 worked perfectly after that

Isn't this Fourm great for maintenance tips like that. I think you will find the Vette very reliable with good maintenance and care. My first Vette was a nine year old 1960 with about the same mileage. I'll never forget the feeling of driving that car. Enjoy and welcome aboard
