1st Corvette, Louisiana
Hello everyone, my name is chris and i recently purchased my 1st corvette about a week ago. When I first met my wife about 6 six years ago, she brought me to her parents house to have dinner and I noticed her dad had a corvette in the garage. I didnt know much about vettes then, but asked her dad if I could go look at his car. He said, sure lets go. We went down to the garage and he asked me, do you know how to drive a standard, I said, well yeah. So he threw me the keys and said lets go for a drive. As soon as i sat in the drivers seat I was hooked! That car was like crack. Not that I've ever done crack, but i'm sure its pretty addicting. I was so amazed by the acceleration, braking and handling of the car that my legs were shaking. That was the first real sports car I had ever been in much less drove. So anyways, to make a long story short, the car was a 2002 Z06. And now I am finally able to aford one of my own so I bought a 2005 6spd Z51 Coupe. I absolutely love the car.
