Back In The Saddle Again
Let me introduce myself...
I am not exactly new to Corvettes, but I am newly returned after a long absence. I had a 70 LT1 Coupe in 1979, I had a 66 427 Coupe in 1984, and then I had 3 kids beginning in 1985... Now 2 of the kids are away at college, and I can once again make some logical use of a 2 seater.
I just bought a Venetian Red '56 in (barely) driver condition; and driver condition it will remain. Repair and maintenance has been neglected, and nearly every function needs some repair. My goal is to bring it up to a reliable, enjoyable, daily driver status.
I have other old cars as well: a '61 T-bird Conv, a '66 Riviera, and a '70 442.
I would be very interested in finding another C2 Big Block Coupe.
