Finally got what I wanted! Traded in my new Crossfire Roadster with 3,800 on it (not even the first oil change) for a 2004 C5 silver coupe with 6,600 miles on it. Took a real bath with the trade but the Vette looks great in the garage!
Looking forward to learning a lot and probably spending more money based on what I learn from you "Vettes". First thing I want to do is headers and exhaust, any suggestions?
Hopefully these pic's works below and thanks in advance.

Welcome to the “Corvette Jungle” , where the Vette owners are always restless! Congratulations on your beautiful new 2004 Corvette! Now drive America’s only “Exotic Muscle Sports Car Icon”, enjoy the fun, thrills and excitement. Feel the Vette V-8 power as often as possible, laugh and sing …I do, and I have the ”Corvette Smile” all the time. There is never enough "Vette V-8 power" driving time. I wish you many miles of “Corvette Smiles” with your stunning new ride.
Welcome to the forum ! You are correct, you will spend even more money in moding out your vette, but it's fun doing it. Spent over 3K on mods for a vette that should be here in a month...even more time to spend more $$$
