Hello from MN..
Great site. Looks like the best Corvette forum out there, has the most peeps involved!
My folks have a 1969 silver convertible. We have owned it since 1976 or so. Bastard that sold it to us swapped the engine and instead of a 350/350 it has a 1968 impala 327 in it.
Original sidepipes rusted off, but we have some old style sidepipes put on. Original wheels are not there also, it has keystone sunspokers instead. Mechanic said the rear differential needs new bearings, so I'm trying to help my Dad out. The car is stored in a barn near Glyndon, MN as we speak. I live in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.
Anyway, I may get it in the future, and I'd really like to restore it. Car has many great memories for me.
