First Vette - Finally
Hi to all! Been a member of the forum for a little while. Spent a lot of time reading and trying to decide. Thought I would be buying new but just couldn't make the dollars work. Figured rather than wait I'd get something I could afford (guess I got the fever). So, I bought a 2001 Torch Red Vert A4. It was very clean and had a few nice touches. It was a little over my budget but already had some of the mods I would want to do early on. Previous owner traded it in (very unwillingly according to my sales guy) on an 06 Z06. Nice upgrade.
I won't actually bring it home until Wed next week (good thing because we're in an ice storm right now)
When I popped the hood, I noticed it was signed by Will Cooksey. I thought that was a nice extra but probably not all that uncommon.
