a vette owner finally...
Been a long time lurker and poster, but I finally picked up my vette this weekend. '99 nassau blue frc. Flew down to Cali with my buddy to pick it up, and we drove it back to Chicago. Only one problem after the first 300 miles, ground strap broke and left us stranded. Luckily we weren't too far from a chevy dealer and they took great care of me. Was back on the road by 3pm friday with 2200 miles left to cover by sunday. most of thursday and half of friday was lost because of this 
Car rode great and got decent gas mileage when my foot was out of it. Rolled into chicago around 3pm sunday. All the time changes and daylight savings really stunk. Total trip mileage was 2,426, plus the 30 mile ride on the flatbed

I forgot how slow stock ls1s are too! Def. needs some kind of power mods.

bra held up great!
