Hi, I've been coming to this site for some time now, but have just registered as a member. I wanted to try this to see how it all works. I'm a little nervous to see how this comes out. I live in Phx AZ with my wife and daughter. This is my 2nd Corvette. My first one was a 2000Torch Red convertible LT3 with 22,000 miles on it. I purchased it from a private sale 4/07, sold 12/07. I had been waiting for the 08's and was thinking about a ZO6, but with all the new HP and Z51/dual exhaust and $20,000 less, I was very happy with an 08 Velocity Yellow Coupe. LT1, ebony interior, Z51 pkg, Dual exhaust, Polish rims, 6 speed manual. I found her on Ebay (believe it or not). I did a lot of research on Buds Chevrolet in St Marys, OH. I checked with the BBB. Corvette sites, anything I could find. I researched prices and think this was a good deal (46,550). Let me know what you think. By the time I did all this checking, the car auction ended. So I called the dealership and spoke to their internet salesman. I asked if the car was still availalbe. It was and he and the great people at Buds made it happen. Buds was great to work with. I had the car shipped to AZ by Fedex auto transport. A little expensive, but the car was perfect. That's my story. Maybe someone can give me a tip on getting pics on here. Thanks, Al
