I'm another new kid in town and I have to compliment you guys on your Knoledge and conrotery on the forum. I have a 71 convertible 454/425 and was curious on how many verts were built & how many are left. Its sure hard to get any info on cars that old. I would also like to do a owner history of the car and there must be a trick. I bought it in Ohio a while back. I believe the car started in Tennessee. If any one has some ideas I would really appreciate it.
Use the "Tech Center" drop down menu then the "Owner Research Center" menu. There is info there but I don't know if it is what you seek. Surf the site, there is a lot there.

I have tried the sugested forum avenues without much luck on getting the production #s and remaining 1971 convertible LS6s in registry. Thank you much by the way. I wonder if any body knows someone with one?
As far as doing a car trace I threw it on my insurance agent to see what he could do. I will let you know
