Hello everyone! My name is Mickey, and I've finally let me myself acquire a childhood dream, and became a Corvette Owner. I had my black convertible 2000 dropped off to me on Friday this past week, and have not stopped reading, playing, and driving it. I do plan on making some mods to it, and realistically keeping this car forever (I've had the worse luck with cars my whole life, having cars stolen, wrecked, destroyed by weather....), and now I think I deserve to keep one!
I will be a loud part of the boards here, as I have also modded an 06 350z, an 01 Eclipse, and a {ahem...} 86 S&S Hearse. I have learned so much from boards like this one in the past, and will be very happy to share, learn, and show the past and present and future mods that I'll be doing to the vette. It surely needs some new seats, paint, some rim polishing, and a stereo overhaul. Lucky for me it had a new top and tires from the dealer.
I'm currently living in Miami, and with the new convertible I am sure I'll be enjoying the South Florida sun for many years. Does anyone know a South Florida Tuner? The car came with a Hypertech that was hidden under one of the compartments in the trunk (guess the dealer didn't look).
Anyway, here are a few pics, and I am VERY excited to a part of this community!
Yay! Already ordered a Vararam and LED strips for the fender light mod.
