At 60 yrs old I just bought my first vette. The kids have graduated from school so I don't have sports to go to any more and found myself with some free time on my hands. It was either this or get to know my wife again (just kidding).
I bought a 1981 c3 that is totally stock with just over 76k mi on it. I haven't decided if I want to do a full restoration or not. Right now it is a good looking and running daily driver, but it is all original with matching numbers so a restoration is tempting. The previous owner kept all the bolt on parts that have been replaced like starter and radiator in case someone wanted to restore it.
