Hi all from Wyoming, I'm going to buy my 2nd Corvette on the 5th, its a used 2006 Victory Red conv with only 3600 miles and all options. I sold my last Corvette, a red 65 327/365hp roadster back when my 1st son was born in 1989 and I've been watching the progression of the Corvette since then. The 2006 C6 seems to have it all, horsepower, handling, space and gadgets. I have yet to drive a C6, I have only read many reviews and it sounds awesome. I just sold a restored 69 Camaro conv and I'm using the funds to buy the Vette. I have been messing with the old (65-73) muscle cars for the last 25 years and decided I wanted a new muscle car. The old muscle cars are a blast (I still have a 73 455 TA and a 67 GTO conv) but I wanted something I could hop in and drive anywhere, anytime. I am flying 1500 miles to pick up the car and I'm going to drive it back. The 400 horses and the handling should be pure joy. This looks like a great board and I hope to garner some info on how to mildly improve on an already awesome car. Steve
Welcome to the Forum!!!!!!! Congratulations on your C6!! Sounds like a great car! I'm jealous of your '67 GTO conv. It's one of my all time favorite cars. Enjoy the Forums!
Here is the how-to on posting pictures because we are picture hounds around here:
