Hey Everyone
Hello,
I finally decided to register after being a lurker for a long time.
When I was a little girl, I always played with my remote control Corvette. It wasn't one of the wireless ones so I had to follow it around and pretend I was going really fast. I never knew it then, but that little remote controlled corvette was going to be with me for the rest of my life. The only difference is now I have no wires attached and I don't have to pretend any more.
That is my baby above. It looks exactly like my little toy! Funny how fate works huh?
I have tried my best to keep her in tip top shape. My dad had 3 girls so he taught us about cars. He said "If your car breaks you need to know how to fix it, you can't trust people these days." Boy was he right. She is a 6-spd LT1 with some minor tweaks done to her. Nothing major, but things that I could do on my own.
I am 28 and live in Florida. I just moved down here from NC and I miss my mechanic. He was the only person I ever trusted working on my car. I have to find that special bond again with someone else. It's hard to do.
