hi all , this is my first time here...I do got a newbie question ...what is a 1999 6 speed hardtop with 39 k miles worth in the real world...and old buddy of mine is selling me his for 8k only.

The guy a few vettes and is a rich **** but anyway not sure if it was normal but the battery keeps draining due to not driving it. so he just wants to get rid of it. so imma try to close a deal then.,
