A late introduction
You'd think after almost 40 yrs in info systems, I'd read the FAQs FIRST!
I joined in May 2008 after getting my first Corvette after drooling for too many years. The kids FINALLY moved out and I must say the 2004 C5 convertible was a great replacement; more fun and less $$$.
Mine is magnetic red with oak top & interior and had 4,259 miles on it when i got it. In the past few months, we've eliminated the 1st to 4th shift and swapped out the air intake for a Blackwing, the latter adding a deeper growl at the traffic light, not to mention a nice performance boost for the price.

I'm sure everyone thinks theirs is the best but this car is absolutely gorgeous. I get compliments in traffic at a stop light or come out of a store to have a dozen folks standing around it staring down into what looks like a 2 mile shine. I added some photos to the photo album. Now if I could find the nitwit who scraped the passenger door and back fender, life would be perfect.
