Hello all, this site has already been a lot of help; the members here ROCK!! I just bought my first Corvette, a nice '86 coupe in need of moderate restoration (I could drive it home so it's in pretty good shape!!) It has had some minor performance upgrades, but it mostly stock. She has been outside for a while, and the weatherstripping is all shot, interior is musty and faded, some mouse intrusion, and some minor electrical gremlins. I only paid $3500, so I feel like I got a great deal and can spend some money getting her cherry again. I look forward to talking with you veteran guys to help me with issues that are sure to arise.
