I'm finally back
well, it's been almost 8 years since i last posted under DAB (i was an early member, but lost track of my login info, thus, my new username). my absence was not due to the forum, it was due to me having other pressing concerns, like job changes, getting married, etc.
guess i'll have to make many more posts to regain my old member status, but since i've decided to retire after getting laid off in Jan, I should have some time to do so.

thanks all.
in my copious spare time, i'm finishing up building some cabinets for our bathroom (just have to finish building 3 doors, then paint and install).
maybe, just maybe, i'll finally get a chance to nicely wash, wax, and buff my corvette with the buffer my wife got for me a few years ago. still in the tool chest, just waiting for me. this working fulltime plus sure takes up a lot of time.
we've been redoing our house, one room at a time for the last 6+ years. lot of work, but it looks and works great.
i suppose i could go back thru the archives and read all the posts i've missed since early 2002....or just pick up where i left off...
