Hello. I'm pretty new to the world of forums, but I decided to join this one since it seems right up my alley. I was content with just viewing, but I had some things I wanted to add and some questions to members I needed to ask, so here I am.
I am a first time Vette owner, but this is not my first L98. I owned a couple of IROC-Zs in the past, and loved them. I recently got stationed in Hawaii and was looking for an IROC-Z when I stumbled upon a 1987 Vette for the right price, so I took the deal. I am quite pleased with my purchase so far, but it has a few drawbacks, mostly in the dash, tranny, and Dana 36. Being a 22 year old car with 172k miles, it runs well and fairly smooth. Some suspension rattles are driving me nuts as well, but will be remidied after my upcoming deployment.
Anyway, thanks in advance for all the help I'm going to get from all of you.
