First Time Corvette Owner
I bought a 2003 Z06 a couple of weeks ago from a good friend who purchased it new 6 years ago. It has mostly been in his garage and it had only 10,098 miles in those 6 years. I am a neophyte when it comes to Corvettes, but I have learned much from this forum over the past couple of weeks and I am thankful for all of you who contribute to my knowledge.
I hope someday I will be able to help some other new owner. It took me only 60 years to acquire my first Corvette. I always joked with my wife that my retirement vehicle would be a chrome three-wheeler. Now I know it's a black Z06.

Thanks to all who sent welcoming and congratulatory messages. I have now put 30 miles on it in three weeks. I haven't gone beyond 70 mph yet, but I get there very quickly.
