i bought a 2003 z06 corvette.
question my 9th digit vin number is not a number but a letter (x)
what does that mean???? i was told it should be a number not a letter??
please help very worried!!

Not sure why you have an X but if it was altered or hot DMV would have caught it. Does your title match what's on the car? They both have the X?
