Im here to save a vette
Hey guys, i recently aquired an 89 corvette from my step dad who didnt want the car to sit and rot anymore. I plan on fixing it up over the next few months and possibly selling, or just hanging on to for personal fun.
The car has 55k original miles and has been sitting for approx 3-4 years outside in the drive way, but it works awesome mechanically, only problem is alot of the rubber has seen better days, as well as shocks and other seals being blown.
My normal scene is with late 80's to early 90's bmws, but i did alot of work on 3rd gen camaros as a kid. I hope to meet some nice connections here to help with my project!

It sounds like you may have a pretty good car to work with. Good luck with your project and be sure to take pictures before you start the work. Latter you'll want those so you will have the before and after shots.
