Hello all!!
I have surfed around the site for a while and I finally registered. This site is AWESOME and thanks to everyone for all the great info in here.
I'm 41 years old. My wife and I bought our first 'vette after I was diagnosed with cancer a few years back. She had zero interest and agreed to let me buy a '79 because I always wanted one. After we bought it, I found the car turned into "her" car and she got the bug and it's now our favorite hobby that we do together.
Two years ago we purchased a '99 convertible. We enjoy going to rallies, long weekend drives etc. We look forward every year to the South Dakota rally which is our getaway from the kids. My wife went from wanting nothing to do with a Corvette to finding any excuse to look at them, drive them, buy things for them. Funny how that works.
