Thinking about a C3
I joined this forum because I am considering buying a C3 for a fun occasional/weekend car. I have never owned a Corvette, but I have owned several Firebirds (78 TransAm, 89 Formula coupe, 96 TransAm coupe, 97 Firebird coupe, 02 TransAm Convertible), and other sports cars (02 S2000, 06 350Z). If money were no object, I would probably get a C2, but even the most desirable C3's seem to be very reasonably priced, compared to C2's. Because we own 3 other cars, I don't think I can justify an $80,000 toy at this time. I am not exactly sure what I want yet, so I am planning to take my time.
