Introduction from a Canuk
Just introducing myself, been on the board a month or so but haven't posted as yet and just finished blowing another foot of snow (SW Ontario Canada)
I am a new owner to the realm of Vette's. Bought an 87 rag top with 'issues'. Car was wrecked several years ago and was repaired with mostly 90 parts, interior, wire harness (most of it) hood, pass door, rear suspension and intake assembly (now a speed density).
I won't even begin to list the wiring issues the "rebuilders" caused but it has been entertaining! Aside from planned stuff and a Pypes system I just put on, it's stock, auto and med blue metalic with black top and interior.
Myself, I've tinkered with mods and builds for over 30yrs but this is the first venture into computer controlled, mostly carb'd Camaro's in past. I have to upgrade it at least a bit as my daily driver is a Chrysler 300C with the 340hp Hemi and will probably smoke the Vette
Have already fixed a ton of stuff on this Vette and most of the info needed to do so was sourced from reading on this board, great site people!
