Hello All....I'm Kevin and a new member to the forum from Churchville N.Y. and a proud, first time owner of a 2001 Navy Blue Metallic/Oak convertible. I'm looking forward to my maiden voyage in it this spring provided it ever stops snowing here! This however provides me time to do some detailing such as painting the calipers, performing the regular maintenace of filters, oil, etc. and puting on as many coats of wax that my arms can stand! I'm also looking forward to learning more about my corvette and I am very impressed with the wealth of knowledge that comes from all of you members who make up the forum. I'm positive that you all will become the most useful tool in my toolbox! I have waited many years to own a corvette and not to date myself but what the heck, it has been nearly 50 years since I watched Todd & Buzz on TV driving their '61/'62 corvette on "Route 66" and have dreamed of what it would be like to drive that "King of the Hill" sports car! Well the time is near and maybe someday you will see me cruising with the top down on that Route 66 and probably humming a few few bars from the theme song. Many thanks in advance.
