After reading this forum for about one year, I decided it was time to experience a Corvette. Purchased a 2009 crystal red metallic 3LT coupe and absolutely love the car. It took a while to find what I was looking for - crystal red metallic with the magnetic selective ride and low miles, but it was sure worth the wait. What a great riding car with performance to spare. (especially for an old man).
I truly appreciate all the technical knowledge that is freely given on this forum.

Welcome to the forum, I have to say, you will not find a nicer
group on the internet, these folks really can get you out of a bind,
and it's a pleasure to be associated with them all, Post some pics
of your beautiful vette, and Enjoy!! Derek
Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Over the past year by just reading the postings, I realized this forum has a good number of kind and helpful individuals. Very seldom were there negative postings and soon removed if they crossed the line. So much different than some of the other boards on the internet.
I hope to get involve with some of the St Jude activities. My wife and I have supported St Jude for many years and cannot think of a better way to donate money. I also hope to drive down to the Kentucky Corvette museum someday and also possibly become involved with the Wounded Warriors activities.
Thanks again
