need help with first c4 vette

need help with first c4 vette
Hello all,
First I'd like to thank the creators "Corvette forum"...well done!
Just bought 86 not running, the short story is engine turns over no pulse at the injectors but runs at idle with starter fluid.
I checked for codes but got no flash from service soon light (jumped A&B)
When I started to pull ecm found a 13 pin conector next to ecm
It matches image of vats control module harness ....but no module
Any advice would be great, unless I can find a solution to F/I pulse
was planing on carb setup
