Reason: fix
Welcome to the forum! You'll definitely save big if you buy a C6 coming off a lease. I would look for one that has some of the 3 year factory warantee remaining Oh, and my wife is 4'11" as well. She hasn't driven my 2011 yet but she has no problems with visibility.
Welcome to the forum! It's a tough question to answer as there are 6 generations of Corvettes. I would check out each section to see what you like and go from there. The advantage with the newer generations is that they are more comfortable and have more technology. The advantage with the older generations is that they are more basic - and if they're considered an antique or classic, the insurance is much cheaper. (that's assuming you're not planning on the car being a daily driver.) Each generation has it's good and bad points, but you will learn a lot by browsing the forum posts once you narrow is down to your favorite.
