Default new vette owner gone wrong!!!

hey guys im ryan i purchased HAD20Z car 2 months ago and the motor gave out two weeks ago go figure so now im debating between a 440lsx or ls3 416

thanks for letting me be a member of ur forum

heres the car before it popped

Welcome to the Forum!!!!!!!! That's certainly a bummer, sorry it happened to you. Do you know why it took a powder? Were you racing, doing anything else that might make it understandable that it might go? Just curious. You can ask the guys in C5 Tech AND C6 Tech about which engine platform they recommend. I know I see a lot of the LS3 based strokers discussed, they seem popular and powerful. Best of luck. Hope you enjoy the car and the Forums.

Not real sure what happend I wasn't racing just got car back together after I fixed the cam bolts were wallerd out from being loose
I got it down to block and #7 piston I could push all the way in the block with my finger
