FINALLY, I own a Vette !! 
My name is Brian and I live in Michigan, just purchased a 05 Rag Top Z51 Lemans Blue car from West Michigan, It's a 6 speed manual and has the Bose Premium Navigation. I've been a gear head my whole life. It all started just out of high school in 1986 when I purchased a 69 SS Camaro w/396 4 speed. Played around with that car for 4 years, then I built from the ground up a 78 Jeep CJ7 for racing on the Sand here in Michigan, got tired of that and bought an 88 Mustang LX. We went crazy on this car, bore and stroke a 302 out to 368, R302 block, Victor heads, full roller, Jeff Prock Nitrous Fogger, car ran 8.40's on a 28X10.5 tire. Times got rough 3 years ago and I ended up selling it to pay bills in the poor economy. Back on my feet now and getting back to my roots with a bad *** street car. I've been on the road for many years crewing for a NSCA NPS car which won the points a couple times and 3 other NMCA X/S cars, so yeah, I've been around the block a few times. Probably looking at putting a APS twin turbo kit on this car early next year, thought I'd join this forum to gain as much knowledge of this C6 Vette as I can.
