I want to thank the members of the forum for their insight and advice.I bought 1980 4-speed 2 weeks ago that had been stored 6 years and had some issues. The biggest problem had been the wipers and heater/ a/c blower. Turned out the ground for this was connected to the starter solonoid. Through different threads I found the problem. Thanks again.
